Paramedics assist a man who was just shot in the hand about an hour ago in Niagara Falls, New York. The young man was shot on Lasalle Avenue while seated in his vehicle, then drove around the corner to South Ave to call for help. The victims back window was riddled with bullet holes. Suspects are still on the loose.
